The room is nice and clean. Very pretty inside. I'm not too sure about the ''pink elevator'' but overall it's good hotel. The receptionist was lovely. When you ask something, they will do straight away! Nice hotel with great hosppitality. Breakfast is quite good, too. Great selection of choice! The car park is small!!!! Be careful! Highly recommended!

When we walked in they helped us out immediately, they were all very kind. The room was already available and very clean. The food from both dinner and breakfast was amazing quality and good service.

Great location, 5 minutes walking distance to Museum of German Football. Fantastic breakfast, very nice service, clean and quiet big rooms. Digital information about the hotel in the room. I highly recommend!

Note: Arrived during covid restrictions, so information may differ. Arrived Sunday evening and kitchen was closed early on Sunday, so went out to eat. Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and spacious, enjoyed the shower and bed was firm enough. Staff was helpful and gave enough information
